Municipal Document Report Card 2026
One page per city. The same crawl, the same test, the same published scale. Figures are estimates from a random sample of each city's documents; every sample size is shown.
Pilot edition
This first edition covers five cities chosen for size and region, measured on September 5, 2026. The full edition will cover every U.S. city with 50,000 or more residents. If your city is not listed yet, ask for it in writing and it moves to the front of the queue.
